If you click Join Plan but it brings you back to your Product Page, then you might have the Free Plan in active. To switch from Free Plan to Basic or Pro Plan, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Profile Picture > Settings
Step 2: Billing > Payment Method > Edit
Step 3: Add a Payment Method
Step 4: Billing > Community > Edit
Step 5: Click Change Plan
Step 6: Select a Plan and Change
Payment Failed: Usually due to incorrect card number, CVV, name or other inputs. Double check and try again.
Payment Declined: Payment can be declined by your credit/debit card issuing bank for several reasons. To resolve this issue, it is best to contact your bank. Alternatively, you may try a different payment method such as Paypal. If you use a debit card and it failed, try using a credit card.
Payment Blocked: Payment can be blocked if the payment service provider deemed it is risky. To resolve this issue, follow the instruction to verify yourself and try again.
First, log into your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings:
Scroll down until you find the Billing section.
Then, simply click on View next to Invoices, and choose the invoice you’d like to download.
That's it! We will generate a PDF file you can download directly to your device! 🧾
